Your Vivint Smart Hub can access all your home security and home automation equipment. Schedule your locks and alarms to turn on at a specific hour. Set personalized rules that turn on the HVAC’s fan when your fire detector senses a potential emergency. To bring your smart hub with you, just download the Vivint App. Remotely set everything from security alarms to smart thermostats from your phone, smart watch, or other mobile device. That's nice for when you're running errands and want to unlock your smart locks for a neighbor. Or program a geofenced rule that increases the thermostat and flips on the lights when you come up the driveway. You might even preset custom actions with the app as you do with your Vivint Smart Hub.
